The interior of the JAZZ e:HEV RS is equipped with a three-spoke steering wheel and a Paddle Shifter for Regenerative Braking Control for efficient energy recover. The seats are upholstered in “Prime Smooth” synthetic leather lined with “Ultrasuede” suede and fabric for a dynamic look.

The hybrid version of the JAZZ e:HEV features Honda's unique e:HEV new generation hybrid technology, consisting of a 1.5 litre Atkinson recirculating petrol engine, twin electric motors, a new generation lithium-ion battery and an e-CVT automatic transmission. The new generation e:HEV Dynamic Hybrid technology intelligently switches between three different power modes according to the vehicle’s needs at the time, including the frequently used "Hybrid Mode" for stop-starts and the "Engine Mode" for high-speed cruising.
